Closest to the Pin Contest Details
Entry Fee:
• $20 per entry (includes 3 shots)
*All entries must have an active Trackman account to participate in the contest and be tracked on the leaderboard. Contestants will be able to view the live leaderboard at any time to track their standing and see how they stack up against the field.

Rules

Entry Fee & Attempts
Each entry costs $20 and includes three (3) shots. Participants may enter time, requiring a separate $20 fee. Members entry is free.
Eligibility Requirements
Participants must be 18 years or older. All participants must download the Trackman Golf app and create a free Trackman login prior to taking their shots.
How to Enter
Entries are subject to simulator bay availability. Participants may either reserve a bay at standard rental rates or walk in and participate if a bay is available. Payment must be completed before shots are taken.
Shot Rules
Each entry consists of three consecutive shots taken from a designated tee box to a designated pin location. The closest single shot to the pin, as measured by Trackman, will be recorded as the participant’s score. No mulligans or practice shots are allowed.
Winner Determination
The participant with the closest recorded shot at the conclusion of Masters Sunday will be declared the winner. In the event of a tie, the second-closest shot will determine the winner. If still tied, a sudden-death Closest to the Pin playoff will be scheduled.
General Conditions
All shots must be recorded using Trackman. The Fairway at Evans Farm reserves the right to verify results, adjust rules as needed, and disqualify any entry that does not comply with contest requirements.
Prize Redemption
The winner must redeem the membership prize within 30 days of notification. The membership will begin on a mutually agreed start date.
In the Event of a Tie
In the event of a tie, tied players will compete in a head-to-head closest to the pin tie-breaker on the same hole.
